Tsim nyog tej yam kev mob rau 24kw PTC rhaub
Lub tshuab cua sov yog siv los ua cua sov rau cov neeg caij tsheb, defrosting thiab tshem tawm pos huab ntawm lub qhov rais, los yog preheating roj teeb thermal tswj system roj teeb, kom ua tau raws li cov cai, kev ua haujlwm.
Cov xwm txheej tsim nyog rau lub rhaub:
(1) Lub tshuab cua sov yog tswj los ntawm CAN kev sib txuas lus
(2) High voltage fais fab mov
(3) Tsawg voltage fais fab mov (BATT) los yog Kl15 (ignition hloov voltage), Kl31 (GND)
(4) Lub tshuab cua sov yuav tsum tau teeb tsa lub siab voltage interlock circuit
(5) Lub tsheb yuav tsum tau nruab nrog lub ntsuas hluav taws xob los saib xyuas:
a: Tshaj (hauv) tiv thaiv hluav taws xob
b: Kev tiv thaiv luv luv (tam sim no txwv fuse hauv lub thawv xa khoom)
c: tiv thaiv dej
d: Interlock teb
(6) Lub tshuab hluav taws xob siab hluav taws xob yuav tsum tau nruab nrog 80A tam sim no-tsim fuse
(7) Nws yuav tsum tau ua kom ntseeg tau tias lub zog hluav taws xob siab tsis muaj qhov rov qab polarity
(8) Lub tsheb yuav tsum tau muab tua thaum overvoltage tshwm sim
(9) High voltage input yuav tsum tau precharged
(10) Lub high voltage input yuav tsum tau nruab nrog ib tug relay, thaum muaj ib tug loj txhaum tshwm sim, lub high voltage yuav raug txiav tawm yam tsis muaj kev cuam tshuam rau kev ruaj ntseg ntawm tag nrho cov tsheb.
PTC Safe Ua Haujlwm Scope
Lub tshuab cua sov siv qhov qis TC (215 degree) PTC lub caij, uas txwv qhov kub siab tshaj plaws uas lub kaw lus tuaj yeem ncav cuag (tsis muaj kev tswj xyuas), uas yog nyob rau hauv qhov kub thiab txias uas cov khoom nyob ib puag ncig tuaj yeem tiv taus (txawm tias nyob rau hauv qhov xwm txheej phem tshaj).
