NEV Battery Thermal Management Unit

NEV Battery Thermal Management Unit

Kev ua tau zoo, kev nyab xeeb, thiab kev ua neej nyob ntawm lub zog tshiab lub tsheb (NEV) cov roj teeb hluav taws xob yog nyob ntawm kev ua haujlwm kub. Roj teeb Thermal Management Unit (BTMU) yog ib qho tseem ceeb ntawm cov txheej txheem tsim los tswj cov roj teeb pob nyob rau hauv qhov kev ua haujlwm kub zoo (-40℃~ +50℃). Nws suav nrog kev ua kom txias, cua sov, thiab ntsuas qhov ntsuas kub, tiv thaiv kev ua haujlwm ntawm lub roj teeb kom zoo, thermal runaway, thiab txuas ntxiv roj teeb lub neej. Peb BTMU tau tsim kho rau ntau yam NEV, suav nrog cov tsheb hluav taws xob ntshiab (BEVs), plug-in hybrid tsheb (PHEVs), thiab cov tsheb hluav taws xob ua lag luam, muab cov kev daws teeb meem ruaj khov thiab muaj txiaj ntsig zoo.

Cov kab liab hauv daim duab sawv cev rau lub voj voog tub yees, thiab cov kab xiav dashed sawv cev rau lub voj voog txias. Chav tsev no muaj peb hom, suav nrog hom txias, hom cua sov, thiab tus kheej- hom kev ncig. Lub tsev hloov pauv ntawm peb hom no raws li cov lus qhia tsis pom los ntawm lub roj teeb pob BMS.

Txias hom

Lub kiv cua thiab compressor tau qhib, thiab lub siab - kub thiab siab - cov tub yees txias tau tawm ntawm lub compressor, nkag mus rau lub condenser kom tso cua sov thiab cua txias. Tom qab ntawd, nws yog throttled thiab depressurized los ntawm ib tug thermal expansion valve rau txias. Qhov qis-siab thiab qis-cov tub yees txias nkag mus rau hauv lub roj teeb txias thiab sib pauv cov cua sov nrog lub siab- qhov kub thiab txias txias ntws tawm ntawm lub roj teeb. Lub refrigerant absorbs tshav kub thiab nkag mus rau lub compressor suction chaw nres nkoj, ua kom tiav lub tub yees lub voj voog. Nyob rau tib lub sijhawm, qhov siab -kub coolant ntws tawm ntawm lub roj teeb pob qhov hluav taws xob dhau los ntawm lub twj tso kua mis dej thiab ntws los ntawm lub chiller kom tau txais qhov txias, tsim ib qho qis - kub coolant uas nkag mus rau hauv lub roj teeb pob inlet kom txias lub roj teeb thiab ua kom tiav lub voj voog dej.

Hom cua sov

Lub kiv cua thiab compressor raug kaw, lub twj tso kua mis dej thiab lub rhaub hluav taws xob tau qhib, thiab qhov qis -kub coolant yog cua sov los ntawm lub tshuab hluav taws xob ua ntej ntws los ntawm lub chiller thiab nkag mus rau hauv lub roj teeb kom sov lub roj teeb.

Tus kheej -Circular mode

Lub compressor thiab hluav taws xob rhaub yog muab tua, hluav taws xobtwj tso kua misthiab kiv cua yog qhib, thiab lub coolant circulates ntawm lub thermal tswj chav tsev thiab lub roj teeb pob kom tshem tawm cov cua sov ntawm lub roj teeb pob.
